Pathways to Spirit Class Description
Each week we will be exploring ways to see ourselves in a new light of change and compassion. We will be looking at self-care in all aspects of life: healthy food choices, yoga, and adventures into joy!
We will also be learning ways of reading energy. Why would we do this? So that we can find and understand the answers we have been searching for. We all feel lost sometimes, Pathways is a great place to find hope and connections to a group of like-minded people. Welcome home to your new community.
I will be walking alongside you for the whole 6 months! Hand in hand, raising our vibration and honoring who we are.
You will learn about crystals and their meanings, how to work with pendulums, oracle or tarot cards and other forms of spirit communication tools-just to name a few.
We also will look into how to read your own body and it’s needs. Some of the things we will cover include: meditation mantras, Yoga, soft stretching, food choices, the law of attraction, manifestation and learning to allow love in.
Join us and learn about your own special gifts! I will cover how to work with your Angels and also how to meet and work with your guides. We will also talk about healing modalities like Reiki, stone healings, journaling, self-acceptance, or working with your chakras. These are all things you will get to experience and much more!
Enjoy special guest teachers that will be sharing their gifts with you along the way!
We will be meeting va zoom each Wednesday at 6pm PST first class Oct..8th 2025
